MME Mortgages, a highly regarded, client-focused mortgage brokerage based in Kibworth, Leicestershire, is seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to strengthen our growing team.
This role will be suited to an individual who has a track record of providing exceptional client outcomes, with over 3 years experience in a similar role, and is ready to hit the ground running to assist with servicing an established client base from the outset.
Many of our clients have been with us over 20 years and span across family generations which emphasises our focus on long term relationships, but most of all we enjoy guiding clients confidently through what can often be a complex process.
This role is central to assisting with the organic growth of the business, maintaining the high service standards our clients consistently praise, which are built on trust and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Experience in a whole-of-market or independent environment, writing a minimum of 10-15 mortgages each month
• Can confidently navigate lender criteria and market nuances to secure the most appropriate outcome, particularly in more complex or high-value cases
• Someone who is able to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients, taking time to fully understand their wider financial position, priorities, and future plans
• Ability to convey often complex advice in a clear, concise, and client-friendly manner, adapting style to suit each individual
• Act as a trusted adviser throughout the entire journey—not just at the point of transaction, with the assistance of in-house admin support
• Ensures all advice is fully compliant, well-documented, and aligned with regulatory expectations
• Is responsive, accessible, and willing to go beyond expectations where required
• Is able to work in the office for a minimum of 2-3 days each week
