• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Administrator to join our team. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing excellent customer service to borrowers and lenders.

What you’ll do

• Responsibilities:

• • Review and process mortgage applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate
  • Verify borrower information and income, and obtain credit reports as needed
  • Calculate and collect mortgage loan amounts and fees
  • Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders
  • Track the progress of mortgage applications and communicate with borrowers and lenders
  • Handle mortgage closings and disbursements
  • Maintain accurate mortgage files and records
  • Liaise with lenders and underwriters to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and lenders, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
